Professional liability insurance
Up to €6.5m can cover your legal liability for a breach of your professional duty (malpractice). This can include errors, omissions and negligent acts during the course of your work.
Public liability insurance
Up to €6.5m to cover your legal liability if your negligence leads to accidental injury to any third party, or damage to their property. For example, if someone falls down the stairs or a treatment table collapses. The limit of liability selected will apply to any one claim and will cover an unlimited number of claims per policy year.
Product liability insurance
Up to €6.5m to cover your legal liability if you sell products related to your insured activity. This is in the course of your business if they’re found to be defective. This covers unlimited claims in aggregate up to the limit of liability. An annual turnover restriction of €35,000 per year applies for sales to non-clients.
